1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of image2ai.cloud (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use image2ai, the AI image generation service at image2ai.cloud.

2. Information we collect

Account information — your email address, name (if provided) and sign-in details, used to create and manage your account and to provide support.
Prompts, uploads and generated images — the text and images you submit and the images generated, used to provide the Service, show your history and enforce our content policy.
Usage information — features used, credit usage and generation history, used to run, secure and improve the Service.
Device and log information — IP address, browser type and operating system, used for security, abuse prevention and compatibility.
Cookies — essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Payment information — billing contact details, transaction references and payment status. Full card details are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe and Link) and are never stored by us.

3. How we use information

To provide the Service, process payments and add credits to your account;
to prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited content;
to respond to support requests and send service emails (such as receipts or important account notices);
to comply with legal obligations.

To generate images, your prompts and uploaded images are sent to the third-party AI model providers that power the model you choose. We also use hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data storage and security

We store data with reputable cloud providers and use encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete generated images from your history at any time. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example payment records) for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
